The Wall Street Journal reports that American journalists, concerned about the age of US President Joe Biden, during one of their trips asked Vice President Kamala Harris how she felt about the fact that she might have to serve as head of the White House.
“I am ready to fulfill my duties. There is no question about this,” Harris responded to the publication. The vice president added that everyone who sees her at work leaves with the full knowledge that she is capable of leading.
The publication draws attention to the fact that Kamala Harris has recently taken on a wide range of tasks: from issues related to the administration’s abortion policy to a higher role in the situation with the war in the Gaza Strip.
