ZALA Aero, a subsidiary of the Kalashnikov Concern, showed a serial sample of a ZALA 421-24 type quadrocopter, reports RBC. The drone is demonstrated before the opening of the Army-2022 forum, which will pass from 15 to 21 August in Kubinka near Moscow.
For the first time, ZALA 421-24 was shown at MAKS-2021 in the summer. The compact folding design provides a quick start of the device – no more than 120 s, reported then “Kalashnikov”. In full configuration, the complex weighs 3.5 kg.
One person can handle such a drone. The quadcopter can stay in the air for more than 30 minutes.
Today, August 14, a representative of ZALA Aero said that the drone has already been tested.
