Kadyrov speculated about "showing the West the consequences of uranium contamination"

The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, commented on the UK’s plans to supply weapons with depleted uranium to Ukraine. Previously in London accused Moscow in “disinformation”, emphasizing that depleted uranium is a “standard component” and “it has nothing to do with nuclear weapons.”

“Western countries have long been no longer hiding their vile rhetoric,” Kadyrov said in his Telegram channel.

Kadyrov called ammunition with depleted uranium “dirty shells” and added that he would not mention the consequences of using such weapons, but “countries hostile to Russia should not even stutter at the letter ‘u’.”

“One time to demonstrate to the West on their own territories the consequences of uranium contamination,” Kadyrov continued, “and the desire to discuss this topic will disappear by itself.”

A little earlier, Deputy Head of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev published an excerpt from his interview, in which he stated that the threat of a nuclear conflict had increased and that “every day of deliveries of weapons to Ukraine brings a nuclear apocalypse closer.”
