Reports that the Russian army is retreating during a special military operation in Ukraine are all “stuffing and Western provocations.” This statement was made by the head of the Chechen Republic Ramzan Kadyrov in his Telegram channel.
“I will calm the most violent and most skeptical commentators. In the course of the NWO, we do not retreat anywhere and nowhere. These are all stuffing and Western provocations. Don’t let yourself be fooled. There are such concepts as tactics and strategy. Our troops have a thinner one,” Kadyrov said in his video message.
The head of Chechnya also noted that Russian troops cannot afford to shoot “at everyone, including civilians.” According to him, the RF Armed Forces during this operation are trying to minimize losses among the civilian population.
He also added that in the ranks of the Russian army there are generals who graduated from military academies, so they “are well versed in the intricacies of military affairs and let the enemy do only what is beneficial to us.”
