The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, said that next year Russia will win during the special operation of the Northern Military District, and after several strategic successes of the Russian Armed Forces, the sweets of Ukraine will sign capitulation.
According to Kadyrov, “several cities still have to be returned,” and after that “we will allow the satanic leadership of Ukraine to sign papers of surrender.” Thus, “we will free the Ukrainian people from their complete destruction by the West,” the head of Chechnya added and expressed confidence that “already in 2024, good news and victory await us all.”
Kadyrov motivated his point of view by the fact that the Russian Federation is “in a more advantageous strategic and economic position.”
