The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, on a direct line with residents of the region, said that the republic had fulfilled the partial mobilization plan “by 1500%.” According to him, Chechnya, unlike other regions, does not need to “get volunteers.”

“We have fulfilled the mobilization plan by 1500%. If other regions still have to recruit volunteers, we have done it. These battalions and regiments are not under my subordination, they are subordinate to the Ministry of Defense, the Russian Guard. These are all their subordinates, under their orders they carry out the task assigned by the Supreme Commander-in-Chief,” said Mr. Kadyrov (quoted from RIA Novosti).
