The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, asked the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) to determine the place where to report to find out who the criminal and terrorist is. Thus, he responded to the accusations of “war crimes” previously brought against him by the SBU.
“Determine the place where we should appear, we will be happy to come and figure out who is the criminal, who is the murderer, who is the terrorist. You have no honor, no conscience, declared Kadyrov in an audio recording posted on his Telegram channel.
He stressed that he would continue to take part in hostilities in Ukraine. “I will release those people whom you have tortured, mocked for all these years. If you had asked me, I would have taken Kyiv long ago,” Kadyrov concluded.
Earlier today, the SBU charged Kadyrov and two of his subordinates with “war crimes.” The head of the republic has been charged under three articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, including “deliberate actions to change the borders of the territory of Ukraine in violation of the order.”
