Ramzan Kadyrov ordered law enforcement officers to immediately detain the instigators of the riots, and if the offender did not react to three warning shots, to fire a bullet into his forehead.
On Sunday in Dagestan, local residents broke into the runway of Makhachkala airport after the arrival of a flight from Tel Aviv, and mass riots began. According to the latest police data, 83 people have been detained.
Russian President Vladimir Putin said that the unrest was inspired through social networks, including from Ukraine, “by the hands of Western intelligence agencies.”
“If we have even one person going to unsanctioned riots, detain and imprison him,” the head of Chechnya said at a meeting with representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Russian National Guard.
“Or fire three warning shots in the air and after that, if the person does not comply with the law, fire the fourth shot in the forehead,” he said.
“They won’t come out again,” Kadyrov added. “This is my order.”
He published a video with this order on his Telegram channel.
Earlier, Kadyrov said that “you cannot follow the lead of Russia’s enemies and undermine the situation from within,” and he also said that “you cannot hold rallies, destroy airports in search of people of Jewish nationality and call for violence.” A provocation similar to the one that was carried out in Dagestan, according to him, was stopped in Chechnya.
