The head of the Chechen Republic Ramzan Kadyrov met with the Secretary of the Russian Security Council Nikolai Patrushev in Moscow. By words Ramzan Kadyrov, the activities of regional law enforcement agencies and security agencies, as well as ensuring public safety, were discussed at the meeting.
On February 23, the head of Chechnya met with Russian President Vladimir Putin. Ramzan Kadyrov reported to the head of state on the situation of Chechen units located in the zone of military operation in Ukraine. On February 24, Mr. Kadyrov also met with State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin and Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.
