The leader of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, on his own behalf and on behalf of the Chechen people, congratulated Vladimir Putin on his victory in the Russian presidential elections.
Kadyrov said that the residents of the Chechen Republic owe their happy and prosperous life within the Russian Federation entirely to Putin.
“Being loyal foot soldiers (of Vladimir Putin), we are ready to carry out his orders of any complexity and, if necessary, sacrifice ourselves for the sake of the sovereignty and well-being of our state,” Kadyrov wrote in his Telegram channel.
