The decision on partial mobilization in Russia put the “Kyiv elite” and NATO in a stalemate, declared Head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov.

“Today’s appeal to the Russians by the Supreme Commander-in-Chief Vladimir Putin has put the Kyiv elite and all of NATO in a hopeless situation. The head of state launched large-scale actions to protect the integrity of Russia. These are necessary, important and, among other things, preventive measures,” Kadyrov posted on his Telegram channel.

The head of the Chechen Republic stressed that he fully supported the president’s decision to partially mobilize reservists. According to him, over the past few years there has been a war against Russia: it was unleashed “in the most vile way” and used to carry a hidden form, but now it is obvious to everyone. According to Kadyrov, the conduct of the special operation is “a forced measure to confront the enemy.”

Putin signed a decree on the announcement of partial mobilization in the Russian Federation from September 21. The President stressed that at present the Russian Armed Forces operate on the line of contact, which exceeds 1,000 km. According to him, the adopted decision on partial mobilization “is fully adequate to the threats that we face.” In his address to the Russians, Putin declared the West’s desire to “weaken, divide and destroy” Russia.
