In this regard, Kadyrov rhetorically asked the leaders of Denmark how they could allow the action, knowing what kind of reaction in society such actions could cause. He added that “when the provocateur is punished,” the Danish authorities will be to blame, “and not Islamic terrorism.”

On January 21, the leader of the right-wing extremist Hard Deal party, Rasmus Paludan, publicly burned the Koran in front of the Turkish embassy in Sweden. The second time he held a similar action in front of a mosque in Denmark, as well as the embassies of Turkey and Russia on January 27. For the third time, while burning the Koran in front of the Russian embassy in Denmark, Paludan said that he did it “through the fault of Chechnya and its leader.”
