Kadyrov called on the regions to “self-mobilization”

The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, believes that there is no need to wait for the declaration of martial law, or, conversely, “to sit out waiting for the end of the NWO in Ukraine.” In his opinion, since Russia is a federal state, the head of each region today must conduct “self-mobilization” and help the state with “concrete actions.” So, if each region puts up 1,000 volunteers, then the special operation can be completed without the announcement of mobilization.

“I believe that each leader of the region is quite capable of preparing, training and staffing at least one thousand volunteers. For a single subject, this is not such a large number, I would even say that this is the minimum that subjects must fulfill to begin with. But on a national scale, this is an impressive military contingent of 85 thousand people – almost an army! – the head of Chechnya wrote in his Telegram channel.

“I know from experience that in our country there are enough sincere patriots who are ready to join the ranks of volunteers,” Mr. Kadyrov summed up.

Yesterday, September 14, Ramzan Kadyrov declaredthat each region of Russia should give the “forces and means” that they have to support the military operation in Ukraine.
