The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, was awarded the title of Hero of the Republic, informed Minister of the Chechen Republic for National Policy, Foreign Relations, Press and Information Akhmed Dudayev on his Telegram channel.
“Our National Leader is the embodiment of true courage and determination, patriotism and courage! Ramzan Akhmatovich is the personification of a true Chechen,” Dudayev wrote.
How informs ChGTRK “Grozny”, Kadyrov became the first person to be awarded this title – it was established in the republic in November 2022. The medal was presented at a solemn event in honor of Defender of the Fatherland Day.
“On behalf of the deputies of the Parliament of the Chechen Republic and on my own behalf, I wholeheartedly congratulate you on conferring the highest title of the republic – Hero of the Chechen Republic for No. 1! Your services to the Chechen Republic and the Russian Federation cannot be overestimated and, without exaggeration, are worthy of a special study,” Magomed Daudov, Chairman of the Chechen Parliament, congratulated the head of Chechnya.
As Grozny clarifies, the award is an eight-pointed star made of 70 g of 750-carat gold. In the upper part is written “Kyonakh” – “Hero”, in the lower part – “Allahu Akbar. Ahmad is strength.
The head of Chechnya in 2004 received the title of “Hero of Russia”. Kadyrov has the Order of Merit for the Fatherland of the third and fourth degrees, as well as the Order of Courage and the Order of Honor. At the end of December 2022, he informedthat Russian President Vladimir Putin awarded him the Order of Alexander Nevsky.
