Kadyrov announced a tougher second stage of Operation Retribution in Ukraine

The second stage of Operation Retribution, carried out as part of a special operation in Ukraine, is already being prepared, said the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov.

“It was the first stage, we are preparing for the second stage. The operation will be more brutal, “Retribution” continues, ”Kadyrov said (quote according to RIA Novosti).

At the end of October, Kadyrov announced that a special military operation “Retribution” was being conducted in Ukraine. According to the head of the republic, from October 25 to October 27, in the Nikolaev-Kryvyi Rih direction, the participants in this operation “by means of fire destruction” destroyed 657 fighters, wounded 300. 40 units of special military equipment were also destroyed.

On October 28, he reported that as a result of shelling in the Kherson region at the beginning of the week, 23 servicemen of one of the Chechen units were killed. After that, the Chechen military, as an “act of retaliation”, staged a sortie, destroying up to 70 people of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the head of Chechnya claimed.

Russia’s special operation in Ukraine began on February 24. Russian President Vladimir Putin called the protection of the inhabitants of Donbass, as well as the demilitarization and denazification of Ukraine, its goals. During the special operation, Russian troops took full control of the LPR, as well as most of the DPR, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions. Subsequently, these territories became part of Russia.
