Kadyrov about being put on the wanted list in Ukraine: I don’t see anyone being puzzled by my capture

The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, said that the methods of the SBU, which announced he was put on the wanted list, sent to the “Internet search” and the Ukrainian security forces do not take any real action to capture him. He said that “it is not necessary to look for him” and it is enough to “name the place and time.”
“The SBU cannot find me in any way. The whole world knows that I am in the center of Grozny. <...> I have already stated and I will repeat: name the place, SBU officers, and the time! There is no need to look for me,” Mr. Kadyrov wrote in his Telegram.
He noted that he had been to Ukraine and did not see “that someone there was puzzled by his capture.”
“Ukrainian search methods are apparently designed only for Internet searches, because my intelligence reports that the SBU is not going to and cannot perform any real operational actions “on the ground” to establish my whereabouts,” the head of Chechnya said.
He explained that electricity is regularly cut off in Ukraine. “It is very difficult to work in such conditions. And the air raid sirens always interfere,” said Ramzan Kadyrov.
