Japan will supply Ukraine with a drone detection system

At the NATO summit in Vilnius, Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida announced the provision of an unmanned aerial vehicle detection system to Ukraine. It is reported by Jiji Press.
In his speech, Kishida emphasized the importance of the current moment for the international community and called it “a historic turning point.” He also stressed the inherent link between the security of Europe and the security of the Indo-Pacific region.
In addition, Kishida expressed Japan’s determination to strengthen ties between NATO and its partners in the Asia-Pacific region, including South Korea, Australia and New Zealand.
