Japan: North Korea fires ballistic missile
[ad_1]
Pyongyang launched a missile, presumably a ballistic missile, according to Japan’s maritime security service, citing data from the Ministry of Defense.
The service urges aircraft and ships to monitor new data on this topic, and if fragments are found, report to the authorities.
The missile reportedly landed outside Japan’s exclusive economic zone. According to Japanese media, the authorities do not have data on damage to ships and aircraft.
This is the 35th launch of a North Korean missile this year and the 16th since September 25th. Then a medium-range ballistic missile of the Hwaseong-12 type flew over the territory of Japan, breaking a record 4.5 thousand kilometers for the DPRK.
