Izvestia: State Duma plans to exempt relatives of deceased mobilized from conscription

“News”referring to their own sources, they said that a bill would be submitted to the State Duma, according to which it is proposed to exempt the relatives of those who were mobilized and then died from conscription.
It is specified that the initiators of this bill were the deputies, headed by the leader of the faction “Fair Russia – For the Truth” Sergei Mironov.
“The document says that if one of the family members was mobilized and then died, then all his close relatives are exempt from conscription,” the newspaper notes.
According to the newspaper, the concept of “family” means people living together or related by kinship, in particular, parents, full and half brothers or sisters, grandchildren, grandparents, spouse, children, adoptive parents, adopted.
Among other things, the new bill states that if a mobilized person has lost a family member, he will be able to retire early from military service.
