Izvestia showed footage of burning powder magazines in the Sverdlovsk region.

Earlier it was reported about the fire in the powder warehouses in the village of Pervomaisky, Sverdlovsk region. Information appeared on the Telegram channel of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Sverdlovsk Region that, according to one of the versions worked out by the police, the emergency could have occurred due to sharp gusts of wind up to 27 m / s, after which the crown fire could go to the warehouse.

As reported, the entrance to the village of Pervomaisky is currently closed, police officers have set up a checkpoint and do not let cars through, except for those belonging to doctors and rescuers. At the same time, local residents reported that there were no fires in ammunition depots thanks to the efforts of firefighters, who also managed to save three warehouses with gunpowder. One empty warehouse and one with gunpowder burned down.

In connection with the fire in the region introduced a state of emergency. Currently, the village, which is home to about 400 people, is preparing for evacuation.

Earlier, the governor of the Sverdlovsk region announced the critical situation with fires in the region. According to the head of the region, the total area of ​​fires has reached 20,000 hectares. Yevgeny Kuyvashev clarified that he had requested federal assistance. From Sunday morning, aircraft of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, helicopters of the Ministry of Defense, the Russian Guard and Avialesokhrana will operate in the Sverdlovsk Region.
