IVA Technologies plans IPO – Kommersant

The developer of the video conferencing service (VCS) IVA Technologies intends to hold an IPO within this year, they report “Vedomosti” with reference to sources. According to one of them, IVA Technologies may go public before the end of the third quarter. Another source claims that the company has already hired banking consultants and lawyers, and the deal will also include the sale of shares to existing shareholders.
An unnamed representative of the potential issuer did not comment on this information. “Like any successful company, IVA Technologies is considering various strategic development options, but it is premature to talk about any specific plans,” he said.
IVA Technologies is developing an ecosystem of solutions for corporate communications, including a videoconferencing platform, messenger and IP telephony. According to IVA, the largest portion of revenue for 2022 (almost 90%) came from sales of the video conferencing platform – IVA MCU. As of the end of March 2023, the platform was used by about 200 large customers, including Rostec, Russian Railways, Rosatom, and RusHydro.
