It is pledged under a mortgage agreement dated November 2023, the encumbrance on the property is valid until December 24, 2032. The property was pledged to Gazprombank as a result of a transfer in December 2022.

The change of lender became known in March 2023 – before Gazprombank it was Sberbank. According to RBC sources, the company refinanced loans for approximately 100 billion rubles.

Due to damage as a result of the terrorist attack, the liquidation value of the collateral has decreased, the publication’s interlocutors say. Also, according to them, the bank can transfer the loan to a lower quality category by creating reserves.

During the terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall, armed men opened fire on visitors to the concert venue and then set the building on fire. 139 people died, more than 180 were injured. The fire area reached 12.9 thousand square meters. m. Araz Agalarov stated that all Crocus facilities will be restored.
