The money will go to the recreation of disabled children from the annexed territories

55 disabled children will have the opportunity to fully relax for an entire shift of 24 days in the health center of Crimea. As MK learned, Vyacheslav Volodin ordered 16 million rubles from the billion won by the State Duma last year to be transferred to the Crimean health center “Scarlet Sails” as a New Year’s gift to the affected children of new regions of Russia.

Last year, the Moscow Arbitration Court fully satisfied the claims of Duma TV against Google LLC for 1 billion rubles. This week, funds in the amount of 25 million rubles were transferred to the State Duma accounts. After tax deductions, 16 million remained. The Speaker instructed the Committee on Family Protection to propose the idea of ​​selling part of these funds.

“I didn’t have to wait long,” Nina Ostanina, head of the State Duma Committee on Family, Women and Children, comments on her decision to MK. – We immediately offered to give this money for the rehabilitation of disabled children who suffered as a result of the criminal actions of the Kyiv regime from new and border regions of Russia (these are Bryansk, Kursk, Belgorod, Orel). As we know, 300 children died, almost 800 children were injured and maimed, 55 children became disabled. In Crimea there is a children’s health center “Scarlet Sails”, which since last year has been completely reoriented so that special children from our new regions can relax there. We proposed this idea at the Duma Council, Vyacheslav Volodin agreed on it with all faction leaders in order to send this money for the rehabilitation of disabled children.

It was also decided to purchase buses so that these children who need assistance can go on excursions.

On November 29, the Duma Council will approve proposals for the name lists of children who will be sent on vacation to Scarlet Sails, as well as the purchase of specific buses for the health center.
