Israel investigates Iron Dome missile incident

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) is investigating the incident involving the fall of a missile from the Iron Dome missile defense system, RIA Novosti reports citing the Times of Israel.
The publication publishes footage in which, as noted, the missile, which was supposed to shoot down ammunition flying towards Tel Aviv, fell shortly after takeoff.
Earlier it was reported that an Israeli was injured as a result of falling fragments from the Iron Dome missile defense system. The incident reportedly took place in the city of Holon, a 22-year-old man received a minor head wound, but his life is not in danger.
It was also reported that the city was attacked for the first time in the last 11 days. In total, Hamas militants fired more than 10 rockets at Tel Aviv.
