Iran will respond to Israel at lightning speed in the event of a new attack, said the country’s Deputy Foreign Minister Ali Bagheri Kani. His words are reported by the IRNA agency.
He threatened Israel with a “much stronger blow” than the one carried out on the night of April 14.
“If [Израиль] makes another mistake, the response will be strong and immediate and will be measured not in days or hours, but in seconds,” Kani said.
Recall that Iran attacked Israel using drones and missiles. The Israel Defense Forces said Iran fired more than 300 projectiles, most of which were intercepted. The attack was carried out in response to an Israeli strike on the Iranian consulate in Damascus on April 1. Israel then said it had hit a military building.
