In January, the volume of the National Welfare Fund decreased by 42.7 billion rubles. and as of February 1 made up 11 trillion 922.371 billion rubles, or 6.6% of GDP projected for 2023. At the end of last year, the volume of the National Welfare Fund decreased by 10% in dollars, from $148.35 billion to $133.4 billion. At the same time, in rubles, due to the devaluation of the national currency, the National Welfare Fund increased – from 10.435 trillion to 11.965 trillion rubles, that is, by 15 %.
