The Investigative Committee announced its intention to assess the statements of the Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Ukraine to Kazakhstan, Petr Vrublevsky, who, according to the Investigative Committee, called for the killing of Russians. The agency said in a statement that a video appeared on social media, in which, presumably, the diplomat said that the Ukrainian regime is trying to kill as many Russians as possible.
The head of the Investigative Committee Alexander Bastrykin “instructed the investigators of the central office <...> give a legal assessment of the man’s statements,” the investigators said.
“A set of measures will be taken to identify all participants in the video,” the Investigative Committee added, noting that these persons will also be checked for involvement in crimes committed against Russian military personnel.
