ATMs have stopped working in Lugansk due to the Internet outage. Network failures were also recorded in the surrounding settlements, TASS reports with reference to the Ministry of Communications of the Luhansk People’s Republic (LPR).
“The Internet, and, accordingly, ATMs have not been working since night in Lugansk and the surrounding settlements. We are clarifying the reason,” the ministry said. According to the agency, residents of Lugansk cannot get through on the phone numbers of both Russian and Ukrainian codification. RIA Novosti notes that the Internet is stable in the Donetsk People’s Republic.
