In the Saratov region, the price of suburban properties decreased by 32% (to 1.5 million rubles), in the Volgograd region – by 19% (to 1.5 million rubles), in Udmurtia – by 19% (to 1.3 million rubles). .).
The price of buying a dacha in Russia at Avito Nedvizhimost has decreased by 1% since the beginning of this year, to 690 thousand rubles. The cheapest one can be bought in Udmurtia. The head of secondary and suburban real estate “Avito Nedvizhimosti” Sergey Khakhulin explained the price reduction by the high base effect. “During the coronavirus pandemic, due to rush demand, the cost of such housing has risen sharply. Now we are seeing a correction in prices for suburban housing – they will decline until the market comes to an equilibrium of supply and demand.
According to a study by NF Group, in the first quarter of 2023, rental offers for expensive country houses in the Moscow region increased by 30%. However, activity in this market remains low, as Moscow residents who moved out of the city during the COVID-19 pandemic are returning to their usual life in the capital.
