Savills real estate agency has decided to leave Russia. Its Russian division will continue to operate in the country under the name Intermark Real Estate.
Dmitry Khalin, managing partner of Intermark Real Estate, told RIA Novosti that the termination of Savills’ work in Russia was “dictated by the political situation.” The company assured that the changes affected only its name and affiliation with the Savills brand, and the team of employees did not change.
The Savills real estate corporation was founded in the UK in 1855 and operates in more than 70 countries. Intermark Real Estate agency was created in 1993, in 2006–2022 the company operated under the Savills brand.
