At the end of January, the International Court of Justice will hold public hearings in connection with Azerbaijan’s claim against Armenia on the international convention “On the abolition of all norms of racial discrimination.” This was reported in the press service of the court.
The report says that the hearings will be held at the Peace Palace in The Hague.
Earlier, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) of Azerbaijan commented on the lawsuit filed against Armenia, stating that Baku has evidence of the installation of booby traps by the Armenian side in residential buildings on the territory of Nagorno-Karabakh since 2021.
It is worth noting that last year Yerevan also filed a lawsuit against Baku with the International Court of Justice, accusing them of racial discrimination against Armenian citizens.
