Indonesian Foreign Ministry: Galkin’s refusal to enter Bali is due to immigration reasons
The official representative of the Indonesian Foreign Ministry, Lalu Muhammad Iqbal, said that the refusal of artist Maxim Galkin (included in the Russian register of foreign agents) to enter the country “was entirely due to immigration reasons.”
Earlier it became known that Galkin was not allowed onto the island of Bali. The artist claimed that local authorities showed him a letter from representatives of the Russian authorities, but “politely refused” his request for a copy.
The official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, stated that a number of states “restrict entry for those who sponsored the Kiev regime,” RIA Novosti reported.
