In Ukraine, those with limited fitness for service will again be forced to undergo a medical examination

The contents of the bill on mobilization submitted to the Rada have been made public

The website of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine published billprepared by the government of the country and submitted for consideration by Ukrainian parliamentarians.

As can be seen from the text of the bill, the document provides for toughening the conditions for mobilization, in particular, it provides for lowering the lower age limit from 27 to 25 years. In addition, citizens of Nezalezhnaya of military age who are abroad will be able to obtain a passport only upon presentation of military registration documents;

The document also excludes deferment for disability group 3, part-time education workers and deputies of previous convocations. And everyone previously recognized as partially fit for military service will be required to undergo a medical examination again.

Service evaders will be included in the register of debtors, who will be prohibited from leaving the country, driving a car, managing funds and taking loans.

Also, the legislative norm, if adopted, will allow the police to detain and deliver to military registration and enlistment offices conscripts who have violated the legislation on mobilization.
