The creation of a “register of damage” from Russia’s actions as part of a special military operation will be carried out at the expense of the Netherlands, said Ukrainian Justice Minister Denys Malyuska.
According to Malyuska, the Netherlands will pay for the activities of the fund, which will deal with the aforementioned “registry” for at least the first year. He noted that after the launch of the register, a commission will be created to consider compensation claims, which will work on the basis of an international organization, and its representatives will have an analogue of diplomatic immunity.
The creation of a “damage register” was announced in November 2022. It was reported about the intention of Ukraine, together with the G7 countries, to sign an agreement on the collection of “reparations” from Russia. In addition, the UN General Assembly by a majority of votes adopted a draft resolution, which refers to the compensation of damage to Ukraine from the NWO. Russia called the document legally null and void.
