Former Minister of Economic Development, Trade and Agriculture of Ukraine Timofey Milovanov proposed on social networks an “original” way to mobilize to join the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
He proposed mobilization through a lottery or drawing of lots. Milovanov noted that this method is suggested by the majority of his readers.
“The correct approach to mobilization is through a lottery or drawing lots… The state randomly selects a day and a month. People who were born on these days are mobilized… And so on for each wave of mobilization,” the ex-minister suggested.
