SBU opened a case against Lieutenant General of the Baltic Fleet of the Russian Navy Ruzinsky
The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) announced on Saturday in its telegram channel that a criminal case had been opened against Andrei Ruzinsky, commander of the 11th Army Corps of the Land and Coastal Forces of the Baltic Fleet of the Russian Navy.
The Russian lieutenant general was charged with “breaking through” the state border. The SBU explains that “he gave the order… to the units of the Russian troops to break through the state border of Ukraine to capture the Kharkiv region.”
Earlier, the SBU charged in absentia 170 members of the Federation Council of Russia, who in February 2022 supported the ratification of the Treaty of Friendship and Cooperation between the Russian Federation and the DPR, and then recognized as legal the accession of the DPR, LPR, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions.
The SBU also charged eleven teachers from the DPR with assisting in the establishment of the Russian education system in the region.
