Telegram channel “Beware the News” reported that in Tomsk, the district court punished 31-year-old local resident Georgy Belous for using the VIPole secure messenger, finding the citizen guilty of using “malicious programs.” At the same time, according to the message, the defendant repented and fully admitted his guilt.
