Mobilized and volunteers from the Tula region, taking part in a special operation in Ukraine and recognized as in need of better living conditions before September 21, 2022, will be able to receive lump sum payments for the purchase of housing. The corresponding decree was signed by the governor of the region Alexei Dyumin, transmits TASS.
It is noted that the amount of payments will depend on the number of family members who, together with the participants of the SVO, are registered as in need of better housing conditions. At the same time, the press service added that the full cost of the apartment will be paid.
The procedure for providing payments will be approved by the regional Ministry of Labor by March 1, citizens subject to the decree must contact the department of social protection of the population of the Tula region or the MFC.
From September 21 to the end of October 2022, partial mobilization was underway in Russia, within which about 300,000 citizens of the Russian Federation were called up. A number of support measures have been developed for the mobilized. In particular, the called-up workers retain their jobs. The State Duma adopted these amendments to the Labor Code on September 27, 2022. On November 3, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on a lump sum payment of 195,000 rubles. mobilized citizens and military personnel under contract in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
