In Donetsk, the average cost of housing is lower than in Luhansk. Two-room apartment 48 sq. m in a five-story building in the Kalininsky district is sold for 1,840,000. It should be noted that this is the most shelled area of ​​the city. An apartment in the very center of Donetsk on Chelyuskintsev street in a nine-story building with two rooms with a total area of ​​51 sq. m costs 4,123,000 rubles.

However, among the Donetsk apartments there are those whose prices are quite comparable to those in Moscow. Three-room apartment in stalinka with a luxurious renovation and furniture of 85 sq. m in the center of Donetsk are sold for almost 8,100,000 rubles.
