The highest prices, of course, are in Donetsk and Luhansk. “MK” found out how much housing costs today in the cities of the republics, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions.

In Lugansk, a two-room apartment with a total area of ​​46 sq. m on the top floor of a five-story building on the outskirts of the city costs about 2,360,000 rubles. The apartment is after renovation, sold with appliances and furniture. There is a glazed balcony.

Closer to the city center, the cost of housing increases. An apartment of the same size, only without a balcony in a similar five-story building, but in the central region of Lugansk on the Heroes of the Great Patriotic War Square is already estimated at 5,448,000 rubles. A three-room apartment in a nine-story building in an ordinary district of Lugansk is being sold for a million cheaper – for 4,417,000 rubles.

In other cities in the region, housing costs much less. So, in Pervomaisk, which is located near the contact line, a two-room apartment in Khrushchev is put up for sale for only 1,141,000 rubles.

In Donetsk, the average cost of housing is lower than in Luhansk. Two-room apartment 48 sq. m in a five-story building in the Kalininsky district is sold for 1,840,000. It should be noted that this is the most shelled area of ​​the city. An apartment in the very center of Donetsk on Chelyuskintsev street in a nine-story building with two rooms with a total area of ​​51 sq. m costs 4,123,000 rubles.

However, among the Donetsk apartments there are those whose prices are quite comparable to those in Moscow. Three-room apartment in stalinka with a luxurious renovation and furniture of 85 sq. m in the center of Donetsk are sold for almost 8,100,000 rubles.

In Gorlovka, a three-room apartment of 56 sq. m with improved redevelopment is put up for sale for only 1,500,000 rubles. From this village, we recall, almost daily there are reports of destruction and casualties among the civilian population.

Residents of Mariupol, which suffered greatly during the liberation of the city, are now in need of new housing. Two-room apartment with a total area of ​​44 sq. m on Brive La Gaill Street is sold for 1,472,000 rubles.

In Genichesk, Kherson region, a three-room apartment on the ground floor on the shores of the Sea of ​​Azov without repair costs exactly 4,000,000 rubles. In Kakhovka, a four-room apartment on the fourth floor is offered for almost 3,000,000 rubles. A two-room apartment in a five-story building with a loggia and parking in the courtyard in the center of Skadovsk is being sold for 2,800,000 rubles. The house is located 100 meters from the beach.
