Soldiers of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation found a torture chamber equipped by militants of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the basement of a cafe in the liberated city of Rubizhne in the Lugansk People’s Republic, writes RIA News.
In the basement of the institution, a room with traces of blood was found, in which cages for storing vegetables were found, in which, according to local residents, people were kept, various devices for torture and even a coffin lid, the authors of the article shared details.
The owner of the institution, as noted, was on friendly terms with the “Right Sector” and the battle “Aidar” (both organizations are banned in Russia and recognized as extremist).
