Deputy head of the regional administration Kirill Stremousov said on Saturday that the Ukrainian military who were captured during the fighting near the borders of the Kherson region did not want to return.
According to him, of all the prisoners he saw, “not a single one was ideological.”
Stremousov said that “none of them shouted anything unflattering towards Russia and Russian soldiers.”
