In the Belgorod region, shelling of the village of Murom was reported

The Armed Forces of Ukraine (APU) shelled the village of Murom in the Belgorod region, there were no casualties. This was announced by the Governor of the region Vyacheslav Gladkov.
“Today, the village of Murom, Shebekinsky urban district, came under the shelling of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. There were no casualties,” wrote he is in his Telegram channel.
Gladkov added that the power line was damaged as a result of the attack. According to him, about half of the inhabitants of the village were left without electricity. The head of the region added that emergency teams and operational services are trying to quickly restore electricity in the village.
Last time, Gladkov reported on an attempt by the Armed Forces of Ukraine to attack the territory of the Belgorod Region on January 23. Then the Russian air defense system knocked down rocket over the village of Kazinka in the Valuysky urban district, there were no casualties or damage.
During a working meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin, Gladkov declaredthat since the beginning of the shelling, 25 residents of the Belgorod region have been killed, and another 96 have been injured.
Now in the Belgorod region there is a “yellow” (high) level of terrorist threat. In April 2022, six of the seven border regions introduced it amid regular shelling from Ukraine. Since then, the regime has been repeatedly extended. In the Belgorod region, it is valid until February 4.
In addition, since October 19, 2022, a “medium response” regime has been introduced in the region, which, by decree of Russian President Vladimir Putin, has been extended to eight border regions – Crimea, Sevastopol, Krasnodar Territory, Belgorod, Bryansk, Voronezh, Kursk and Rostov regions.
