The capital’s Zamoskvorechye district is now one of the most liquid in the new buildings segment. According to Rariteco specialists, new properties and redevelopment projects here have increased in price by almost 40% over the year. In terms of the rate of growth of the weighted average cost, Zamoskvorechye took first place in the Central District and second in the capital as a whole.

The maximum weighted average cost of a primary square meter in the city was recorded in the Tverskoy district, it is 2.18 million rubles. Zamoskvorechye today ranks only sixth in this indicator, here the cost per square meter is slightly less than 1 million rubles.

At the same time, over the year the weighted average cost in the location increased by almost 40%. According to this parameter, Zamoskvorechye is a leader in the historical center of the city. Arbat is in second place, with an increase of about 30%. In third place is the Tverskoy district, with dynamics within 15%.

In addition, Zamoskvorechye took second place in the city in terms of the rate of increase in prices for primary housing. Mainly due to the launch of new deluxe class meters. In terms of the rate of increase in prices, the area is second only to Maryino, where the figure has increased by more than 50%, but the class and scale of development in their territories are completely different.

Zamoskvorechye is a location that stands out for its authentic historical buildings, proximity to the Kremlin and impressive views, experts say. It probably has development prospects comparable to the Golden Mile on Ostozhenka. And new projects being implemented in this area are suitable not only for living, but also for investment.
