Russian PP-2000 submachine gun passed the shooting test with dirt inside
In Russia, they tested the PP-2000 submachine gun, firing it with dirt inside the receiver and in the barrel, and also after it was run over by a car. The state corporation Rostec reported this in its Telegram channel.
The published footage shows that the submachine gun is tested for reliability by throwing it onto ice and mud, immersing it in water, but despite this it continued to shoot properly at targets.
After the PP-2000 was driven over in an SUV, more than 400 rounds of ammunition were fired from it.
It is noted that the submachine gun is used by special forces units.
PP-2000 is a Russian 9 mm submachine gun developed by the Tula Instrument Design Bureau. It is classified as a weapon for law enforcement units operating in urban environments, as well as a personal self-defense weapon for certain categories of military personnel.
