Experts from the Ministry of Labor have developed a bill providing for the sending back to their homeland of migrants who came to Russia as part of an organized recruitment, but are not working according to their profile.
As the press service of the Ministry of Labor clarified, this document provides for the creation of a special document confirming the right of a foreign citizen from both visa and visa-free countries to temporarily work in Russia.
“As part of organizational recruitment, a migrant worker will work for a specific employer in accordance with permits. At the same time, advance payments for them will be made by the company directly hiring a foreign specialist,” the department clarified.
