President Vladimir Putin instructed to strengthen the inspection and control over the movement of vehicles across the borders of subjects in whose territory the yellow level of terrorist danger is set, should from the decree published on the legal information portal.
Amendments are being made to the Presidential Decree of June 14, 2012 “On the Procedure for Establishing Levels of Terrorist Threat, Providing for Additional Measures to Ensure the Security of Individuals, Society and the State.” The decree should be supplemented with a new paragraph.
“Strengthening control over the movement of vehicles across the administrative borders of a constituent entity of the Russian Federation on whose territory a level of terrorist threat has been established, conducting inspections of vehicles using technical means for detecting weapons and explosives,” the decree says.
