In the Meshchansky district, candidate Ilya Myakinin was detained at PEC No. 59, the chairman of the PEC announced that he had violated the work of the polling station. Mayakin has already been released.

According to OVD-info, 19 people have been detained during the three-day voting so far, nine of them are candidates, five are observers. In addition, a deputy, an authorized representative of a candidate, a TEC member with a decisive vote, a PEC member with a decisive vote and a voter were detained.

Three-day voting takes place from 9 to 11 September in 82 regions of Russia. Direct elections of governors are held in 14 regions of the country, legislative assemblies are formed in six constituent entities of the Russian Federation, and deputies of administrative centers are elected in twelve. In addition, during the voting will be determined with local governments at various levels.
