Ex-adviser to Kuchma Soskin: March 31 will be a black day for Ukraine
Former adviser to Leonid Kuchma Oleg Soskin said that on March 31, Ukraine will officially be left without a president, since Vladimir Zelensky’s term of office expires on Sunday, after which his status will no longer be legitimate. The expert stated this on his Youtube channel.
According to the expert, March 31 will be a black day for Zelensky, since it is the last day of his constitutional powers.
The analyst also called for opening the Constitution of Ukraine and reading the procedure for electing the head of state and his powers.
Let us remind you that the presidential elections in Ukraine were supposed to take place on March 31, 2024, but they were canceled due to martial law and general mobilization.
Previously Zelensky made a surprise announcement about the negotiations with Russian President Vladimir Putin. He noted that he is ready to negotiate with Russia before reaching the 1991 borders.
