The report notes that the participants of the event could not agree on methods for a peaceful settlement of the Ukrainian crisis.
“Most of the participants agreed that any settlement must comply with the basic principles of the UN, such as territorial integrity and sovereignty. However, there were serious disagreements with some of them over the details and methods,” the agency writes.
