The head of the Crimean parliament, Vladimir Konstantinov, spoke about today’s terrorist attack on Belgorod and called for retribution.

The politician wrote in his Telegram channel that the victims of Belgorod require retribution.

“Both Ukrainian terrorists and the sponsors of terrorism who supply them with lethal means will be held accountable for this crime,” said the speaker of the Crimean parliament.

He added that each such terrorist attack only strengthens Russia’s determination to bring the fight to its full and final conclusion.

Konstantinov called the New Year’s attack on the center of Belgorod “a disgusting action of the Ukrainian military.”

Earlier, the governor of the Belgorod region said that “there was a response” and military strikes on the territory of the Kharkov region. Today Belgorod was shelled by the Ukrainian Armed Forces. The Ukrainians used cluster munitions. As a result, civilians died.
